Connectivity issues

I have a nextbase 622w . Just wondering if anyone else has any issues where the days cam won’t stay connected when extracting footage . Also why there are gaps in recordings I attached a photo showing it was recording at 14:54 then there was a gap until 15:05 . The camera was recording the whole time yet there is no footage. If anyone can give any insight as to why this is happening. Would be greatly

Also why are so many files locked ? I didn’t lock any
