Looks like the cam car was tailgating pretty aggressively at the beginning of the clip. Might have been more going on here than the video shows.

Yes, its probably the local Fast and furry boys that have seen that movie a few times too much.

It is a relief dumb asses videotape them self breaking the law, and even posting it

Its the same with guys braking into a house, and then use the computer there to check their facetwitt before they leave, and then leave the computer running and on their facetwitt page
In general information technology is making a lot of people more stupid, and i for one did not see that coming.
