I was heading to work the other day, traffic was a little quieter than normal due to the schools being on holiday, so as I approached the roundabout in the video I decided to apex it as there was nothing in the right hand lane (because why not!).

As I got halfway round, the rear end gave out completely, and although you can't tell so much in the video, the back nearly overtook the front! Luckily I managed to apply opposite lock and recover, but it shows just how quickly diesel can get you unstuck!

But we still give thanks to Rudolf Diesel and the Danish Burmeister & Wain shipyard and ther build M/S Selandia witch was launched in 1912 and opned up the eyes of the World to diesel and its potential.

Winston Churchill was gobsmacked when he visited the ship in its first port of call ( London ) and he prasied B&W and the Danes for launching a new era in shipping.

Slippery when,,,,,,,,,,,,, soaked in Diesel :D
