you should get around 3.5 hours give or take, the recycle setting will separate into blocks of whatever you set (5 minutes is typical) and you will always have the most recent 3.5 hours of video, if it needs more space it deletes the oldest 5 minute block of video (hope that's easy enough to understand)

Do you know what the difference is between the LS300W and the LS330W? Is the only difference that the 330 has the CAPABILITY of adding GPS? Or are there other improvements too?

Along the same lines, is the ONLY difference between the LS330W and the LS430W internal vs accessory GPS?

Just double-checked on my LS300W how much 32Gb microsd will record. After formatting a microsd card, it shows me 2h 56h total available recording space.

32Gb MicroSd card:

Tested few others NT96650 + AR0330 based dash cams 1080p 30 Fps 15Mbps and all of them showed 2h 56min.
Tested few NT96650 + AR03303 dash cams 1080p 30Fps 12Mbps, they show 5h 17min
