OK. I get audio from the A119 files (Novatek 96660), DAB202 files (A12LA50), but not from Novatek 96655. I had only tried with the A119 files before.

In every message I sent to 360 Laptop Parts I included a raw video sample so hopefully they forward to the dev to figure out which NT96655/NT96650 audio codec is missing. As I said, video and audio plays back in every other player I've tried over the years except this 3rd party iOS one. I'd like to think it's an easy fix.

Good news,
Yesterday's iUSB Pro app update added the missing audio codec. (for NT96650/NT96655 dashcams) I just verified audio can now be heard with direct playback via iUSB Pro iOS App
(no need to transfer the file locally first to get audio)
