DR9000s not connecting to mobile internet ?

My DR9000S 2ch is connected to a BlackVue LTE Module in my car, just subscribed to a data plan, but it connects to the camera over Wi-Fi at home fine, but off Wi-Fi on mobile signals i just get a message “not connected to the internet” any ideas please ? Just upgraded to the new BlackVue app, this happens on my iPhone 14 and iPad on wifi, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
