Can you give me some idea how to check if my Blackvue DR650S-2CH with a Power Magic Pro is draining my car battery as im having problems if I park the car for say 3-4 days, i have set it for 12v and 6 hours , but it seem to be draining the battery , but is there a way of checking it the dash cam ?

To put it briefly, 12.0v is too low a cut off. If your camera drains to 12.0v and stops, then your car alarm, clock, remote central locking, etc is going to continue draining even further. You want to avoid going below 12.4v as much as possible.

Have a read through this page here:

If you're only leaving the car for a few days and having problems, then either there is a drain (probably the camera) and/or your battery can't cope. Two ways of dealing with the latter is either a new battery or use a solar or mains trickle charger while your vehicle is not being used.
