Driver Going Wrong Direction Impedes Fuel Tanker

This video is actually a twofer of drivers going the wrong direction. The first driver in the white vehicle is on the wrong lane at a stop light. He should be to the right of the grassy divider and impedes the progress of a fuel tanker making a left-hand turn.

The driver of the blue car is trying to make it through the light and chooses to drive in the wrong lane where the white car should have been. This complicates the attempts of the white car driver to move out of the way of the fuel tanker.
