Exposure + or - for night driving?

Silly question guys but should my exposure be set at + or - for night time driving, goes between -2 & +2 in the settings, also should light frequency be at 50Hz or 60Hz, cheers guys.

For night it should be +. Frequency will usually doesn't matter for outside. It is mostly used for indoor lighting.

The camera should have auto exposure and so there is no need for + or -, just leave it on default.

For the UK, you should set 50Hz as that is the frequency of our street lights, you should see less flicker with it set to 50Hz. I never bother though, it never seems to make much difference.
