I just bought the Blueskysea B1W and have been following the instructions. It says the SD card needs reformatted as FAT32 and that you can do that in the app. When I turn on the app and camera it keeps repeating "Insert SD Card" and when I try to format the SD card it says "Failure setting". I can't format it on my computer since I don't have an adapter for that so any help would be nice!

There is one short USB cable in the package, use this USB cable to connect the B1W camera to your computer, and then format it as FAT32 by your computer!
If you use a 32Gb card, you can format it as FAT32 by your windows computer; If 64Gb card, you should use the third party tool Guiformat to format as FAT32 by windows computer!
