Git2 Beta Firmware

indeed, not only about sharpness, also with contrast. I discuss this issue so that you know and when you take the official version comes resolved.

That is to be expected, the sharpening works by adding bright/dark outlines around all the edges. Bright and dark colours are less saturated so will reduce the overall saturation of the image. For best colour you should keep the sharpness setting low.

How to connect Git2 with the wireless router?
1. Set the Wi-Fi mode on AP mode
2. Put the client.txt file in the SD card root directory, change the SSID and password
3. If set the Wi-Fi auto start option as off, you need long press the Wi-Fi button to enable the Wi-Fi and then connect the router automatically.
4. If set the Wi-Fi auto start option as on, it will connect with router automatically after powered on.

Note: For the Wi-Fi AP mode, if you set the Wi-Fi auto start option as on, it require to restart the camera to enable Wi-Fi automatically.

How to customize the boot logo?
1. Put a 320*240 logo.jpg file in the SD card root directory, file size must be less than 20KB.
2. Power on the camera, it will automatically update the logo, it will show "Update logo, OK" after completed.
3. After update the logo, the logo file will be automatically deleted, and camera will be restarted

I have observed that there are several beta versions 1.5. I wonder if this is the last or is there another more recent. Greetings

The something strange happens today.
Camera has stopped recording in Quick mode - it doing the first file about 2-3 minutes, then doing the next file about 16 second and stopped and turned off.
Camera have been freezed frequently. This was happened when the big shaking (camera was placed on bicycle rear part of frame, road with a lot of small stones). Now I try to do the same (without shaking), camera works fine. Looks like battery contacts + high frequently vibrations + hot weather with direct sun, all these things must be tested better in production. FW 1.5b2, 1080p60, gyro on, wdr off, contrast low, colorful mode, microSD card Team 32gb UHS-I U1 (tested well before), no aqua box (fixed in frame with tripod hole).

I have seemingly bricked two of three cameras when upgrading firmware to the most recent 5B..

Anyone else experienced this?

Is very hard to brick a Novatek camera. Maybe you are using some bad USB cable?

No lights (plugged in also)/ no button response after initial load of firmware.
But I'll try putting the old firmware on the card and re-try. And purge the power with everything out and unplugged.

I hadn't that problem.
The problem here could be the USB cable, USB port or the memory card.
Is strange.
