How do you contact Viofo customer service?

Their website has phone number in China but also has contact by email too. If you are outside of China like in U.S. and you want to contact them for customer support or warranty you just email them? Their chat support is non existent whether I go there at night or during the day . They say 9 to 5 but I tried 9 to 5 of US and China time and there is no one there responding to questions
