I got the impression this gesture was directed at me. The driver did kind of turn around to look back in my direction when he did it. It may have been the dark SUV thing on the left he was mad at.
I have no idea what may have happened, probably somewhere behind me. Traffic was slow and backed up due to an accident on the other side of the highway that was prime entertainment for the commuter traffic going the other way.
I was going straight, not changed lanes in a while, the right lanes were closing ahead. Maybe my dirty large white truck reminded him of his dirty, large, ex wife?
