Spotted south of Little Rock, AR, on I-30. I could hear him coming......couldn't figure out what the noise was, until he passed me on the service road on the right.


I think that's one of those trailers and machines they use to make rain gutters, on site.
 
On the plus side nobody was tailgating him.

That may actually be a good 'anti-tailgating' device.
