Intermittent issue

I downloaded H2TESTW last night but it didn’t work as I needed an extractor programme?

What computer are you using. My guess would be a Mac as it is reputed that they don't play nicely with .zip files. I believe an app called 'stuffit' or similar is needed.

H2testw is Windows only

I have a windows laptop, watched a video on YouTube on how to use the programme but then the guy in the video said it had to be extracted to be able to use it

If you have a Windows Laptop.

Download the program, when finished, right click the .zip and select 'extract'. In the case of H2testw all it will do is extract a .exe that Windows can run, no installation necessary.
