I just updated the cloud firmware, so hope this helps. This was the suggestion from BV support.
But my v2.0.2 was randomly locking up...wifi light was still on, REC and GPS was off after a couple of hours in my car...temp was 85 outside...didn't test the cam, but it was probably below the 60C limit. No ability to access it, no recording, it just goes offline and then is virtually dead.
Card is Sandisk Endurance 64GB.
