I know how fiddly some micro cards are to get out if you’re not happy to keep taking off/out the DVR (preventing wear and tear on the mount) I came across this item
Not sure if anyone has used one of these yet but it's a good idea. I might even think about getting one as accessing the card on the Innovv C3 can be awkward, depending on the location of the recording unit. There have been other suggested uses here: https://dashcamtalk.com/forum/threads/microsd-card-extension-cable.8081/
I was also a bit concerned with its length too, if only they made one that was only say 2cm in length, just long enough to slide in the micro card and in black would be a bonus
I've used microSD to full size SD adaptor that worked fine for the week or so I used it - not sure how they stand up long term but someone has been running one with a G1W for a while with no issues.
Just be careful as they can slow down throughout to the card inside - the adaptor I have results in slower benchmarks than when the card was directly in the reader but it still worked for me. If you mix a cheap slow card with one of these you may see random problems but it's a suck it and see thing!
I think it is a good idea just to avoid that spring loaded slot which can launch your micro SD if your finger nail slips.
I tape a long piece of color tape to all my micro SD's make it easier to find.
