Blue one seems to be the latest one.

I don't know the spec of the screw. It is important to use the correct size screwdriver. I find a Phillips #00 size works well for the Mobius cases, and other camera cases too (Viofo, GitUp)

I did have one Maxi that was delivered with over-tightened screws - the heads were partially stripped. I was unable to undo them, so ended up breaking open the case and using a new one.
I think it came overtighten as well. So I broke it off and screwing one side only now; like the original mobius.
The original mobius case seems to have a flaw, one side of screw holder(what do you call that?) on the case seems to split easily.
The mobius maxi case is well made.

Are they starting to cut corners?
I don't know, hope it is an improvement.
Just realize users can't record 2.7k/1080 60fps and stream via wifi simultaneously...
Even at 1080 30fps it might not be working, FW 2.11. going to play with it now.

You can stream via wifi with 1080/30 or 1080/60, but not 2.7k.

Once I press record, wifi disconnects for all resolutions.
Going to try the other FW later.
WiFi + record was not supported initially, but is supported in the latest V2.26. In the FW settings you have the option to allow WiFi + record. If this is disabled, then pressing record will always disconnect WiFi.

Hi, anyone knows the name of the black screw used on the casing? How to remove it if stuck(head is stripped)?

tried the aluminium foil but didnt work.

3 tricks which work well for me:

Clean the screw slot and apply a small drop of superglue to your best-fitting screwdriver while pressing in and applying slight unfastening torque, then 1 minute later try to unscrew without wobbling the screwdriver. If it comes out soak the screwdriver tip in acetone and the screw will fall off. The less superglue used the better.

Another trick with stuck small phillips screws is to try a flat-blade screwdriver about 1/2 to 2/3 as wide as the slot while pressing in hard. Works best if the screwdriver tip is filed to give it sharp edges to grip with.

Last trick is using a left-handed drill bit turned by hand while pressing in hard. Hold the bit with an old drill chuck or vice-grips (mole-grips).

@dirkzelf Although Mobius do not list capacitors in their eletoponline365 online shop, they have advised me that you can send them an email to purchase a capacitor. I'm sure the cost will be a lot less than $42!!!

$42 that's because EMS shipping is selected, otherwise FREE SHIPPING (of course, longer delivery time)

yeah obviously, but when ordering I don't get the choice, it's EMS only....

Well, that was the same object (not sure the same vendor) but I HAD the choice to choose free shipping.

That's for 4 sets.... 20 bucs, then I get "free" shipping - sorry man, that's just an annoying pushy selling technique.... I don't like that at all...

Of course that's not your fault, but I can't find any free shipping for 1 pce.

apparently I can't put banggood links here, so look for these on banggood....
