Need Help with MotoPark Multi Safer Power Cut Off

We've been selling these for over 2 years, normally a solid product. If you have some rare problem we'll send you a replacement no problem. I'm pretty sure I just responded to your Amazon message.

I did install motopark on chevy uplander with success however Volvo xc70 gives me hard time. After installing motopark when i start car camera goes on, when car off cam is off too, however when i turn car off motopark goes complete cut off(it stayed on in Chevy). No led works main black button does not react as it was working with chevy. it looks like it does not have juice while car off. When car on motopark goes on too but blue led blinks like it never been istalled before. Any idea. Thank you
 
Once you press the round button on the Fine/Multi safer to switch from BAT to ACC mode you need to have the engine running to switch back from ACC to BAT mode. Try again.
 
I dont know what you mean, you think I turn something off by round button?
 
Once i long pressed black button while car is running it changed red led from blinking to stable red. However if I will turn car off and then start it again the Motopark will start all over again with red and blue blinking and after 40 sec blue will stop and r will start blink until i long press black button which will make red change from blinking to stable red. Seems like fuse is not hot while car off but i checked and tried 3 times with 3 different hot fuses with same results. What am i doing wrong? Thanks
 
Fine/Multi safer is getting juice now even in parking mode since I can recall voltage by pressing black button and blue led gets me V. When in driving mode red LED is ON. When in parking mode (car off) red LED is off. Should red LED flash onec twice or just be off in parking mode? Thank you

New manual says ACC mode LED on which I have and parking mode either way flashes twice or once and my does not flash at all. lol. I even look here: http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=202245 and here http://www.swedespeed.com . Volvo xc70 has 4 fuse boxes with combine fuse sizes. Cant believe it. Ill look at that tomorrow. Thank you guys for help. I really appreciate your help and support.
