hey guys, so im looking into purchasing my first dash cam because of a recent accident and a couple other incidents ive been involved in. im not looking to spend much. 150 at the most. Looking for a dashcam that is not very big, but also is able to turn and lookinto the car while mounted (in case i get pulled over and want to record this ). i also live in southern california so it is always hot and sunny.
need some suggestions

being able to turn is a bit of a challenge for many models, even if they have enough adjustment there's often not enough room to be able to turn them around while they're running
This would be an easier solution than to turn around the cam, but from what I read the quality of the dual cam videos are not to good:
