I think that was just a blank gun.
We once did the same to a guy with a sawed off shotgun, and at first it wasent loaded but surrounded by like 25 ppl he finally loaded the sucker.
But nothing to fear really as over here all we have is bird shot, and those in a sawed off shotgun is more or less only dangerous for the eyes at 10 M distance
Anyway after mooving thru a good part of the Aarhus subburb called Mollevangen he was finally jumped from behind and then swiftly owerpowered and beaten to a pulp, sadly just in front of his old mothers eyes.
No body was blamed for anything, not even the guy that took the shotgun and ran home with it, the cops just asked him to go get it.
And in his day in court he spent a lot of time looking at his feet ( we was only 4 or 5 from the crew there )
he got 3 years in prison for that gun thing and some other drug related charges.
It all started with us as usioal having a bonfire at the local playground, and then he came carrying a steel bedframe that he wanted to trow on our bonfire, we told hin to "F" off, but then he returned a fjew minutes later with a sports bag in wich he had his sawed off shotgun.
