Ask the seller for real samples. I am afraid the FPS is low.
Is strange to see the rear camera to be mounted outside of the car. The camera looks like a taiwanese one.

Most of the reversing cameras are installed outside the car so this is an interesting idea for a dash cam. When clean, I imagine the video quality would be better outside the car. Unfortunately it is more likely to get dirty. Also I find the main unit to be very large.
 
too big and too low quality to be a viable option.
