First time with a dashcam I found I could not sync the time/date kept going back to 2018 contacted the seller who found out a new firmware was available for this model to fix date/time issue did something wrong and now it's dead does anyone know of what they call a firmware loader to reload the firmware, contacted nextbase still waiting for a reply.
