I have sold a Nextbase 522gw dash cam on an Internet auction site and the buyer is complaining that it is faulty.
In his words:
"Recording shuts of after 10 seconds. Screen freezes on playback and can’t turn it off and Touch screen won’t work. Have to reset everytime".
I have used this in my truck since purchasing brand new and never had any issues at all however sold it after company started installing own cameras in vehicles so I no longer required it.
I sold it without the memory card i purchased separately, SanDisk extreme class 10 U3. He has installed a Kingston U1 card in it and is now getting the errors above.
Is it possible the issue is with the memory card or is there another issue here. Any help appreciated, thanks.
