Panorama 2S issue

Now now boys no need for The usual misinterpretation back-and-forth forum posts here. Save it for YouTube comments. DashCamTalk is better than this.
 
Hi I am using a PNY 128GB card with my Panorama G. Currently I have about 23 hours of footage on my card and haven't experienced any file corruptions or audio problems. The card is also in exFat format if that helps.

Yesterday it did it twice and today three times so it is getting worse. Good news is Fedex was here this morning with the replacement panorama. Bad news is nobody was home to sign for it so they left door tag.
 
New matt black version behaves the same. Monday it screwed up saving 2 files. Tuesday I set cycle to 3 minutes and it worked flawless. Thought maybe just a fluke so I left it running overnight with cycle set to 5 minutes and it screwed up 3 files. Today set cycle back to 3 minutes and it worked flawless. Like I said from the start it is a firmware issue.
