Real 4k options ? (3840x2160p)

What are the options for real 4k video, at least 24fps, preferable better.
I have a difficult time finding much besides the GoPro Hero 4. The rest seems to be 2160p, but lower horizontal res, or fake 4k, by upscaling their limited 2160p.

Will use as action cam, so GoPro style preferable.

Just got a 65", Samsung JU6400 for < $850 + taxes last week. Nice sale. Supermarket chain probably sold >500 in a couple hours. Store only.

Your only option is the action cameras then, gopro - sony and panasonic, or maybe regular camcorders some of them is pretty small too.
Kinda depend on what kind of "action" you are tinking about, back in 2006 i destroyed a pocket camera i used to film onbord my 660 ccm quad, so that kind of action rule out a regular camcorder as i doubt the mecanical parts in the lens assembly can take the abuse.
