Hi everyone!
Recently bought my mother the 522 front and rear bundle (as I've got my own set and she kept going on about wanting one). Front camera works perfectly but the second you insert the side cable for the rear camera, the screen just goes black and you have to restart the camera (when it turns back on, it's only the front view showing).
I have tried the rear camera out on my own 522 and it does the same problem, so confident to say it's a rear camera issue. I have attempted to contact Nextbase themselves but their replies are so frustratingly slow and not very helpful as they suggest obvious things like "is the rear jack plugged in correctly?" - all things we have previously tried before last resorting emailing them.
Any help would be appreciated as we've spent a lot of money on this camera for it to not work.
