Looks like the dark green car gave the car in front of it a little bump. Unlikely to have done any damage, but still in the wrong nonetheless.
Which prompts the front cars occupants to get out and intimidate the others. But at the point you assault other people and intentionally damage others property the original bump will become insignificant and they're up for much more severe charges. If the police there get involved......
The green car occupants were actually pretty reserved at first. Took them a while before they fought back.

Actually the front car was causing a traffic congestion, the green car occupants tried to hurry them up. Of course the "sober" passenger decides to come out and teach everyone a lesson until the tides have turned.
