Running two cameras from one source...?

Question: For example, you have a VicoVation Vico Power Plus (or other similar device to protect discharge of your car battery). Would you be able to run two dedicated cameras from the same power bank connected directly to your car's battery? Will the car battery kick out double the juice to power both of the cameras?

Reason being is that I am thinking about installing two dedicated cameras in my car. One for the front, one for the rear. Because I cannot find a dual channel system that meets my needs.

some power supplies aren't suitable for more then one camera, the Vico and Multi Safer will run 2 cameras ok though

I use a multi-safer to run a mini 0805 and a SGZC12RC in motion detect/parking mode. it's been bulletproof since I installed it more than a year ago.
