Okay i have finally gotten around to do the full install in the new car, the 70mai power pack i had to temporary suspend under the driver seat, a more suitable solution will of course be whipped up.

Hardwire kit and 4G also installed and up and running again, i have actually missed being able to remote into my car for a look around.

Interesting solution. If it works, it works.
However, the cable to the left seems a bit at risk of being damaged when moving the seat.

Yes but i never move the seat it is fully back to accommodate my 1.9 M size.
But i will probably make it so it is not on the " rail " like that, but this is just to get started again

In a MASSIVE head on crash i dont think these thick rubber bands will hold the power pack.

Virtually no firewall to put things on, i can barely get up behind things down there.
One good thing i learned, i have complained about the deep setting of the fuses and all manner of things that are in the way, but i learned today, one of the fuse blocks it actually slide out of its mounting place, and the same do another thick block of " something " so with those gone it was fairly easy.
Grabbed the always power from one of the regular Size ATO fuses in the block that slide out, and then the ACC form a small 10 A fuse way in the back.

How long does that power bank last on one full charge?

Not a whole lot, it is not very big.
I am OK though, while i do have parking guard on now it is just to test the new install, i think once thats over i will revert to not using parking guard but just have the option to remote in.
I use this some times going shooping before i go to the range, i then do my shopping while looking at rear camera not suddenly go up indicating trunk opening into all my nice expensive shooting hardware.

A few of the guys have tested this 70mai power pack very serious, i think they have use numbers more exact than i have.
