If there's a dashcam I didn't expect, it's this one

maybe just a licensed product, if nothing else it's an endorsement for their high endurance cards so I can see why they would want that, there's a huge market for memory that currently avoids Sandisk products

That's most likely what it is. The bitrate is awful though, I wouldn't even consider it.

Edit: Think I found some footage

Looking at some specs like low bit-rate, image dewarp, wifi, I assume they are using Ambarella A7, which is one of the most popular 2ch FullHD+FullHD solutions, hence low bit-rate.

On the other hand their so called SanDisk "White Edition" memory cards are specifically made for dashcams, which is a good news.

Wow! 7mbps bitrate & just look at how tiny that main unit is.
2005 just phoned, they want their camera back!

7mbps is taken from what they listed in the specs ( max 320min on 32Gb ). The catch could be there are 3 video quality options ( standard, high, highest ). They did not mention which exact video quality they meant. If max. 320min = 32Gb is based on "standard quality", then it is 7Mbps. In this case I believe "high" is about 9mbps and "highest" 11-12Mbps, which is highest that Ambarella A7 can go on dual channel 1080p solutions without loosing stability. But this "bit-rate story" we can confirm after someone will test this unit.

They do seem to love it in the Korean forum.

Koreans like flashy. A friend of mine has a Korean no-name dashcam that has a bunch of blue LEDs when the cam is on, it's hilarious how I can always recognize his car driving at night because those LEDs are so bright.

Congrats, if I see him behind me, I'll pull him over to teach him a few things about outward blue illumination from a non-emergency vehicle.

Looking one
Good to see this one. What is the price point?

I did not see this listed in US Markets.

What is the type of mount this dash cam have?

Is it an alternate to CF-100?

Thanks for insights.
