There you find a great RAW script.
Processing can be done via raw2dng, which you get here:

And lastly, to correct the generated DNG files, I posted a comment with my correction tool in the comment section under the first link.
If you want to do it yourself, use exiftool to set whitelevel to 1024 and blacklevel to 50.
