Self appointed speed police set to chill dub step

"Technically" speaking, this guy is a classic example of what is known as a "Road Hog".

1. a driver who obstructs traffic by occupying parts of two lanes.
2. a selfish or aggressive driver
 
I think this is filmed the same day radio Ural 98.5 FM had ther annual "how many other drivers can you hold back with your car" competition :rolleyes:
 
So frustrating but not a lot you can do when you don't have a fast vehicle. So it's best to drop right back or pull over to the side for a few minutes. :mad:
 
Clearly he was hurrying because he needed to buy some more fuel! What was that all about??!
