SG9665GC V3 menu button stopped

Hi there.

My Street Guardian SG9665GC V3 is working just fine, but I tried to go into the menu of it today, and the menu button was unresponsive. It clicks just like the other 4 buttons do, but the menu button now does nothing.

Not sure what to do from here.

Any help?

The menu button only responds after you stop the recording in progress. Press REC button first to stop then menu will respond. This is by design.
