Yeah i think thats a meat eater, the family is called "Droseraceae" and have around 180 different plants to it, some found here in Denmark.

Must be easier to find a truly dark place down there, up here even with most people deciding to live in Copenhagen it is still hard to find a good dark place.

Sailing on the middle of a ocean it is indeed nice at night to go to the bridge steal a set of binoculars there and then proceed up to monkey island and lie on your back and feel very small indeed.
For me that have a way of putting some things in perspective.

I used a Nikon D800 with a Skywatcher 100mm APO refractor & AZ-EQ6 equatorial mount. Not a cheap or simple setup i must add.
 
Thats the way i want to see Australia, and to be honest the only way i think.

A little driving,,,, okay a lot, but thats why i need 6 months :) A nice place to set up camp, and a little barbie to burn food on :cool:

Seem like you have just about the right kit for such a holiday.
