Looking for some help. I recently upgraded from the Thinkware Q800 to the u1000. The issue that I am having is that when viewing my recordings on the thinkware pc viewer the video on the front camera is very laggy and freezes up but the rear camera plays fine. This does not happen when viewing videos from the q800. I have downloaded the codecs with no luck. When playing the video from the front camera of the u1000 on any other player it plays fine.
