Do they actually do repairs?
I am getting the run around from Thinkware. My q800 pro died 1 year and two weeks after purchasing it.
I asked Thinkware by email if they had a repair service, which Thinkware told I was told would be $150.00 for the repair.
I was told to go to their only authorized installer 30 miles away from me.
I made an appointment with them, in which they needs to see it first , however they say they don't do repairs?
So I phoned to Thinkware to find out how this is going to work?
No one in Thinkware can tell me anything? other than its $150.00 maybe?
They don't know what it will be replaced with or if it will have a warranty?
I am pretty much done with Thinkware unless I get answers soon.
If I drive 30 miles for nothing or they are just trying upsell me it will be the last Thinkware I ever buy.
