Toyota truck found crashed in the mountain ditch

I came across a truck in the ditch yesterday morning. I don't know what happened. There was nowhere safe for me to stop and it looks like they were milling around waiting for the po po to show up.

Yep, it was a surprise and I had no warning. Those two guys should have been standing around the corner slowing people in my direction down. No one flashed their lights and no one was flagging cars down. It was a good thing I was already going under 20mph at the time due to the wet and curvy conditions.
