At 2:11, I've heard this person on a number of videos but I can't make out what he's saying. To my American ears it sounds like "****ting pozo". Is that the word, pozo? What does it mean?

That's very representative of UK driving. E.g. several examples of people cutting suddenly into the outside lane without warning, even though they were not able to go any faster than in their original lane!
I still can't work out why they do it.
