Unable to connect to camera via WIFI (Android)

Getting error message in the app
'Failed to get device information"

I've tried turning on Airplane Mode, and then turning on Wifi and then connect to Camera Wifi, no luck

I have no VPN installed

B4K Dash cam? Its APP name should be UCAM, not B1WCARCVR!

Hey guys, same problem, will not connect to WiFi. I have just upgraded my Android phone however but I am not finding a WiFi connection. Have had the cam for 2-3 years with no issues and have formatted the card. Any help would be appreciated.

No, pretty sure I have not, I have tried deleting BW1 app and restarting phone but my app does find a WiFi with an unknown ID?

Should be a faulty dash cam if you cannot find its WiFi name in your phone WAN settings!
