I'll probably go with A129 Pro Duo, hardwire the front camera normally, and then because the rear camera only connects to the front camera, all I have to do is disconnect the front camera's power cable and I'm set. Thank you all for your help!

I am not sure if you can show us, but pictures of your vehicle and its layout would give us all a better idea of what we're working with and how to best accommodate your request.

Easiest solution would be to put an in-line switch between the camera and power supply. Could use Velcro, Dual-Lock, or VHB tape to mount it on the backside of the RVM, sensor housing, or a trim piece so it would be within easy reach even at night.
