Uploading Video from MyNextBase Library app on Heuwi p30 to fb

Having trouble uploading video footage from Library in android app onto fb. Apart from downloading to pc and then messing about uploading to fb, anyone any hints and tips ?

I don't know android, but are you able to save the file to your phone, and then, outside the app, choose the file and upload it to fb?
