USB car charger for mini 0806

Hello,

I bought my first dashcam mini 0806 exited I went to install it and the USB car charger cable is short by 2 feet, included cable is 10feet, anyone know if this is standard size, I thought cables are between 14 and 15 feet.

I found the standard cable also too short for my needs, so I bought one of these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/371330753374It works perfectly, the charger plug fits very snugly and is yet to come loose.
