using parking mode/motion detection

I recently bought an E-Prance GT8 Dual camera setup on amazon. i also bought a power magic pro to free up my cigarette lighter outlet because i use it a lot for my phone charger. my other thought is that with the mower magic pro i could turn parking mode on which would make the camera stop recording after a certain amount of time of sitting still and also i could turn motion detection on so that when im parked for long periods of time it will turn on and start recording. am i correct in understanding that this is how it would work? Thanks.

Power magic pro will provide a constant power to cigarette lighter socket of PMpro, but it will not start or stop recording. You have to select manually a motion detection recording each time you park car and turn it off each time you start driving.
This model uses battery inside unit and it's not recommended for so called "Parking mode recording". You need to look for dashcam system that uses a supercaps ( capacitors ).
