Maybe they got production in line quicker on the US Model? I don't know, all I can say is what Wendy stated the expected date was November.
I am not sure the difference between regional models? You would think if it supports a simcard, the module would work anywhere that has 4G LTE.

LTE is a transmission standard, but does not specify the frequency that it's used on. Different areas/countries/carriers utilize different frequency bands, so unless the module supports the bands your country and carrier use, it's not going to work. Google 'LTE band Europe vs USA'.

Never looked into that honestly, but you're right. So the LTE Modules are regional specific based upon supported bands for that specific unit. In that case, I think it's November is what Wendy said...... @znedlob . The July date you stated might have just been the USA model.
