Here are some photos of the rear camera that shipped with the N4 Pro on launch day.

Yesterday the car stood motionless in the parking lot. The temperature during the day rose to +25°C. At night the air temperature dropped to +6°C. When I got into the car in the morning I saw this picture.

The N4 Pro S was glued to the film on the glass. The film remained on the glass, and the GPS module fell off along with the double-sided tape that came with it. I think the problem is in the tape.
Other models that I glued to the film on the windshield with transparent double-sided tape remained in place.

nono n4pros is toooo heavyAdvice: I've never had a dashcam fall down but ONE TIME after 3-4 years.
Prep the area with rubbing alcohol. I mean get your windshield VERY CLEAN with the rubbing alcohol where camera will be mounted. Let it dry. Afterward, take off the backing and mount to windshield. Hold it VERY VERY VERY RIGHT against windshield for about 1 minute with a force.
Trust me, it'll never come off =).

This is not the first model I have installed. N4 Pro and N5 are the same weight as N4 Pro S and they have never fallen off.
And when N4 Pro S came off, the other model A329S stayed in place.
It's all about the double-sided tape that Vantrue uses. It does not tolerate temperature changes.
I always replace the tape that comes with the kit with transparent double-sided tape bought on Aliexpress and there are no problems.
This time, when installing a new model from Vantrue, I forgot to replace the tape.
