video compression h.265, wifi and firmware

hello I'm new to the group, I just bought the Viofo A129 Plus Duo 2K and I had read that I could use the h.265 compression encoding but I can't find it in the menus; does this model have it? I also read that it has 2.4 and 5ghz wifi but in the menu it is not possible to select them. then I want to ask you if the firmware installed is the latest one

The Plus model only has 2.4ghz.

You usually press and hold the MIC button to change to h.265, but don’t recall of the top of my head if the Plus has this feature or not.

The hidden H.265 HEVC codec is accessed by stopping the recording, then press and hold the MIC button for 4 seconds, then enter the MENU, select the resolution settings, they are all now H.265.
To turn off H.265 compression, repeat the sequence by long pressing the MIC button.
