Viofo A119 V3

Hello, just a query that hopefully someone will be able to answer please. I currently have a Viofo A119 V1 (GPS mount) hardwired into my wifes Fiesta which works fine. I have just purchased a Viofo A119 V3 and I am led to believe for some reason I cannot just swap the new A119 V3 camera onto the A119 V1 GPS mount in her car?....

If I remove the GPS mount of the V1 from the windscreen and replace the V3 GPS mount and new A119 V3 camera to her windscreen can I still use the existing hardwired cable that fitted into the GPS windscreen mount of the V1 in the V3 GPS mount? Many thanks.

In a word YES you can.
Both use micro USB connectors and similar power requirements.

GPS V1/2 won't fit on a V3 gps mount and vice versa.
The pins and connector where changed. They look similar but are different.

Oops, yes Krenmen is correct mini not micro.
