VIOFO back order

I ordered a dashcam from VIOFO Australian website.

It says it’s on back order, what does that mean exactly, is it not in stock, will there be a delay in receiving it?

Why not contact Viofo Australia? FYI, they are not affiliated with Viofo themselves other than being a Viofo seller.

Yeah, I emailed them, hopefully I don’t have to wait to long. Maybe should have bought from the international store, would have saved money.
