That is kind of cool looking actually. Add another arm to the other side so it looks like it has wings and we could have a new Klingon ship!! 🙂

Identical cable connector for all remote cameras will promote flexibility if/when you support telephoto camera so any remote camera can be connected to any channel output on the front/main unit.

1. The remote cameras (in-cabin and rear ) used in the current S1 4K system have different transmission technologies from each other. The slot should be designated since the physical RX (receiver) chip must be allocated according to the TX in the remote camera domain.
2. If I plan to make a telephoto camera (remote) with the same resolution as the rear camera (QHD) and the same transmission technology, then yes, the flexibility can be implemented.
3. In the case of different resolutions, hmm... the image can be processed no matter what, but the backend processes, such as recording, storing, and file system structure, may be quite complicated. It seems very hard to implement.
The best way to implement flexibility is to use the same resolution (regardless of FoV or view mode) and the same transmission technology.

Looking forward to it - so many good dash cam out there; can't even decide which one to put in my upcoming vehicle.

신고 카테고리시니 잘 아시겠지만 신고하는 분들은 고프로 사용도 꽤 했었는데 지금은 거의 비슷한 화질의 준수한 대륙산 블박들이 대세를 이루고 있는 것 같습니다.
국내 업체들의 진보를 기대하게 됩니다.^^

국내 제품들은 그냥 안전운전 도우미용으로 쓰고있습니다.

빨간원이 파인뷰 X550 4K인데 HDR이 없어서 야간에 좋지않지만 속도위반 카메라 알려주니 그냥저냥 쓰네요.

그 외에는 다 중국산이네요.

현재는 전방에 VIOFO A229Pro + RTC300 2CH를 두세트 좌우로 장착해놓고 가운데에 70mai X800을 장착해놨고 후방에는 VANTRUE E1 Pro 입니다.

제 손을 거쳐간 70mai A800, A810, M800, A510과 DDPAI MINI7X 등... ㅎㅎ 신고만을 위해 정보를 찾아보다가 대톡에 오게됬네요.

S1은 번호판 기술이 흥미로워서 구매해보고싶은데 국내 판매가안되니 아쉽네요.

Needing to wait is annoying. 😆 I wonder how long it takes a company to get their product into the Amazon supply and delivery chain, and how many U.S. facilities Amazon will keep the dash cams in? I have a huge regional Amazon facility about seven miles from me, and a local size facility about one mile from me.
